Cancellation Policy

Workshop bookings

We do not offer refunds on booked classes and courses. If you are unable to attend a class and allow 14 days or more to inform us you can move your booking to another date. After 14 days you can collect the flowers and products and make the design in your own time.

Course bookings

The purchase of a course and individual weeks cannot be transferred to other classes. If you are unable to attend the class on the day you can arrange to collect the flowers and supplies to make the item in your own time.
